The real reasons for King Charles’ reluctance to address Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have just been revealed.
An internal source near Page six Focused on the whole situation with King Charles and Sussex.
The palace source in question began by highlighting the side effects of such a move, explaining, “Taking away their title is not something the king would ever consider … mostly because it is so trivial and will be punitive.”
Not to mention, “this will only lead to the Sussexes claiming that this is a vendetta and proof that they were never wanted in the royal family.”
The final claim is in reference to Meghan Markle’s confessions about being ‘fed to the wolves’ while everyone else ‘happily’ lied to protect Prince William.
The insight comes just a day after Piers Morgan hit back at the couple on his personal Twitter account.
He wrote at the time, “King Charles needs to strip these two poisonous rats of all remaining titles and ties to the Royal Family and he needs to do it fast before they destroy the monarchy.”
