The court case is ongoing with Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney Kathy Ta.
Megan cried during her testimony and admitted that “I don’t want to live.”
According to People, she also told the judge, “I’m having a hard time sitting here and telling my story. [from] People who have and will continue to lie about me. [sit] Across the Torrey.
“I try to be strong. I don’t like to look weak. I don’t want to give them the power they’ve taken away from me for the last three years.
When asked to recall the shooting, he admitted, “I heard a gunshot. I don’t know how many, but it seems like it went on forever.
He also said that he had fired ‘several shots’ before starting the audio recording.
“I’ve never been shot before in my life,” Megan recalled of the entire incident. So “as soon as he started shooting, I put my head down” and I was scared, so “I didn’t move.”
She also recalled before finishing “she said, ‘Dance b***,’ and I turned to her and saw her shoot.”
