Singer-songwriter Cher has finally broken her silence on the death of her mother, Georgia Holt, as well as her final moments.
The singer began the entry by weighing in on the moment her mother “started coding while on her way to the hospital at age 96.
She took to Twitter to offer insight and claimed, “True… she was sick, and was rallying, then she got worse. She was in so much pain.”
“Eventually he coded. [the] WAY TO THE HOSPITAL In time we reached the hospital….the woman who wasn’t my kick-a** mom.[er] Here.”
For those unaware, Ms. Holt died just three months after her mother was hospitalized with pneumonia. Cher even went so far as to get her mother tested for Covid-19 “all the time” in 2020.
